I am playing this game called Perfect World, it has NO anti-hack protection

I tried a simple speedhack, with CE, but it only speeds up your screen. is there any way to make it into a "real" speedhack , where I can attack fasteR?

I'm a noob at CE , i hope to learn more about the memory editing and how to search for the registers and stuff

You gotta think like a hacker instead of using tools.
Let's say
A. use a slow weapon search unknown initial value
B. use a faster weapon search increased value
C. use the weapon you used back at step A and search same as first scan
back to step B
back to step C
you get one addy, play with it.

What other tips might you have for a mmorpg that has no protection

because I dont really know the capabilities of CE and what it can do
