about TMK how do i make a trainer run of its self rather than TMK?

I am having difficulty making other trainers because the one's ive made before open up in TMK...

HUH?
Your making no sense at all, TMK makes stand alone trainers already.
I suggest you read the help files and some tutorials on making trainers with TMK.
