So here I am going from PS2 online hacking now taking a shot at what to me seems to be alot harder PC games. In some ways its easier, being able to trace down codes live, but the variety of coding and formats, double, float, ect. is fairly daunting to the noob. So I got the ammo code down, though only through nopping a few lines. I found the health/Ammo float lines however the change in value is superficial. Apparently i only edited the display not computed values. So even though it read, 1800/1800 and decreased as it should, the actual computed values were still 100/100 as was shown by the bar in the background of the digits. So question is do i trace back further what writes to that address? i'm bout to try it just hoping to get some insight.

I also managed to manipulate the xp system to give me max rank after 1 kill, but that was also superficial. lol Screen shot was cool though
