How do I cheat?

Is there anything CheatEngine can do for this game now or in the future? I would imagine all the old stuff(perfect e/t, perfect r/t, etc.)would be deactivated or carefully monitored in this version. Just looking for any hope. Im not asking for a hacked version I actually want to take some initiative in cheating my ass off. Been trying to play legit but my pc is waaaaay too slow and my lights arent very good on my pc at all. So if there is any way I could use CheatEngine or anything of the sort post a way.
