How do I cheat?

i use the hack for money but i can't use it. i can get 900k but i can't use it.
how i can use the money for buy item?

No crap. You can't hack in Runescape, bots don't count as hacking either.

Those are fake,
You can take any mem scanner and make it look like you have numerous items and money.

It is fake.
And if you actually want to continue memory editing, do the tutorial included with Cheat Engine.
