How do I cheat?

When I open CE it gives me error, "The driver couldn't be opened! It's not loaded or not responding. I recommend to reboot your system and try again."
And also when installing CE it gave me error about the same file, "MoveFile failed; code 2.
The system cannot find the file specified.

disable your anti virus and try installing again
