CETC is a project I have been working on a while back, but kinda lost interrest in it, because most people won't understand how to use it. (they'd just connect to localhost and then cry it is detected)

It works by having no process, and runs and scans inside the windows kernel, and takes commands using the network, so you need 2 comps (or connect to localhost, but thats just useless)

First scan exact value is almost implemented, but as I said, I lost interest in it, so if anyone wants to continue on the project, be my guest

So it's now public in the cvs, in the kernel folder. If you want to compile cetc just compile using cetc.bat in the xp environment (no 2000 compatibility)

It's in the CVS. (compile the driver using cetc.bat instead of ce.bat)

This is a much better way of doing things ( i always use 2 comps ) so i guess i was just wondering if anyone has taken this up or made any progress.

I remember using this about 3 years ago, before UCE concept was developed. It was quite useful.
