How do I prevent pop-ups appearing on the wrong monitor?

In the previous version of Cheat Engine, the confirmation pop-ups and suchlike generally appeared over the Cheat Engine application itself.
Since the last update, all the pop-ups have been appearing on the opposite monitor, usually right above the game I'm trying to use the program on. It usually takes me several moments to even realise they appeared anywhere at all because it is such weird behaviour and I have to consciously look around for them rather than them being right there.
Is there any way to stop them locking to a particular monitor?
