How do I cheat?

If you're using CheatEngine (from what I've learned so far), then you are supposed to be able to open the computer icon and click on the process you want to access. However, when I do that (I'm doing it with Flash Player because I'm trying to use Cheat Engine on a Flashpoint game), it says "Failed opening process. Likely due to lack of admin access"

Everything I go to on how to fix this (there is virtually nothing except in this forum) says to just go to the point where CheatEngine is extracted and open a Terminal window at that point, then run the command:
`sudo Cheat\ Engine\ 7.2.app/Contents/MacOS/cheatengine-x86_64 hasrights`
This wasn't working at first because CheatEngine7.2.app does not have spaces. I removed those and it finally did something, but I don't know what. All the terminal gave me was:

It also opened a second instance(?) of CheatEngine for some weird reason.

After this, I closed out of CheatEngine (both of them), then opened the normal one back up. I tried opening the Flash player but AGAIN it gave me the error "Failed opening process. Likely due to lack of admin access"

How do I get this error to go away?

Disable SIP or take ownership of the target process and it's launchers (edit and sign them all yourself and launch using the same session)
