Cheat Engine

I'm looking to hire someone with advanced knowledge of Cheat Engine. I'm willing to pay $300 for the service of being able to identify and change 2 values in a game. That's it. I'm thinking it shouldn't be too complicated for an advanced CE user, but it's beyond me as I've attempted following online tutorials step-by-step but never with any success and I've hit a dead-end and I'm reaching out for help.

The game in question is a local single player game and not any kind of MMO online game.

The two values are percentages that are displayed in the UI. The percentages in this case are a current value divided by a max value, however these values are unknown/hidden and only the % is shown. Ideally, I would like to be able to manipulate the max value of these percentages.
