1. add label to form
2. change 'Color' property: not applied

fyi: I noticed it immediately as i use this "trick" to show current colorscheme.

ps: not a (big) issue. I currently check ce vs, and change Font_text color then
ps2: works fine for 7.2~7.5 (did not test 7.4, but assume ok there as well)

=> BTW: is this the proper way/location to report 7.6 issues ?
(being just released)

again: atm not important at all for this form/tool ! i just check the ce vs and "color" either bckgr or font.

ps: i also tested this on a label NOT in a scrollbox; same thing.
ps2: pretty much all info "sits" inside panels
