Cheat Engine

Hi everyone, I am trying to use the cheat table for Europa Universalis IV and whenever I try to execute the ct file I get the following error:
"Error executing this table's lua script: [string "[ENABLE]... 1: unexpected symbol near '['

I am a not practical at all with this and was hoping someone could help me out. Where and how do I find this line?

There's an illegal (unexpected) character near the first line, preventing CE from processing it.
