How do I cheat?

Hi!
I'm trying to use the DBVM debugger, this worked 2 days ago and now all of the sudden it stopped working.

Things I've tried:
Disable blocked driver list in regedit
Core isolation and memory integrity turned off
Reinstalling cheat engine without Windows Defender activated
Put an exception on the driver inside Windows Defender

I am running Windows 10 22H2 19045.3803 which I also did 2 days ago (Fresh install)

What are my options and how would I get this working?

disable secure boot in bios

undo whatever you did begore this (including updates)

launch CE before you launch anything else
