not sure. try an intel cpu of generation 11 or older
what is the exact issue you are experiencing ?

You are already running inside a virtual machine.
Open an admin command prompt and execute this:

bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off
|
and restart windows

I tried to do it but it still doesn't work.

I turned off HyperV but I don't know what the other virtual machines.

For me it's usually the stupid dword in regedit having a 1 still as Windows is crap and doesn't disable it, even though you've used an admin CMD to turn off Hyper-V.
Take all the usual steps which Darkbyte has mentioned and you can find all over the forum, the one thing that works for me is this:
open regedit:
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\DeviceGuard
change the correct dword virtualization security to 0 and restart boom enjoy DBVM!
