I just want to inquire about my problem. I've been using ce since highschool about 17 years ago in pc and I can use it no worries just simple hack and edit etc. But nowadays I'm more likely to play mobile games as it's quite convenient. My problem sir is I want to use ce again so I tried to use it in an emulator on pc called ldplayer 9.also I targeted the process headless something but I can't seem to edit any values? I read that I need to setup ceserver but I don't have rooted phone to use with. Hopefully you can help me find alternatives to make this work dear sir as I'm completely newbie on this one thanks

nox 9 can run as rooted android

Yes I used it before sir but what I meant is for me to properly use ce using ceserver without real rooted phone. I want to modify this type of game and I know ce is the best for it.

use apktool or something similar to set debuggable to true (and the internet permission)
then you can use ceserver using run-as on the phone unrooted
