The steps i used are as following: 4 bytes (hex) Unknown initial value Unchanged value And then i preform the move im looking for and and search for changed value And repeat the same process on on till i a narrowed values yet the one im looking for is not one of em. Any idea?

If I didn't reply to you, making a new account won't help you get the solution. You obviously didn't read or didn't understand what I answered you. And that's probably because your only goal in reverse engineering is to achieve a few things you think are easy.

Movesets, DO NOT CHANGE THEY ARE ONLY READ EVERYTIME YOU EXECUTE A MOVE

The solution is to start somewhere easier. Like finding health, coordinates, velocity, etc... The more information you gather about the game the more effects you can apply.
