Hey guys, I usually do pointer scans on Windows CE.
The Windows PC is not too bad at scanning. It has the last i9 and 32GB RAM, but I was wondering if I could use my M1 MacBook to make it faster.

I have CE 7.4 for Mac installed, but when I go to "Open Process" and click "Network" nothing happens. Both computers are on the same network.

Has anyone used this feature before?

I didn't test that yet, but your best bet would be 7.5.2 mac as it fixes some threading issues

But in the off case it works, this is how to set it up:
First start the pointerscan like you always do on windows

then on the other system go to pointerscan, distributed pointerscan and click ok. (The defaults are fine unless you know what you are doing)

now on the system doing the scan in the network panel on the right enter the IP or hostname of the other system and click "Add to connection list"

it will then send work to the other system and deal with the results as well
