I used CE 7.1 3 years and it worked fine however 4 months ago CE 7.1 stopped attach debugger (veh or windows) to any game.I tried everything but have no idea how to fix it. I'am on windows 7 and i have not download any windows updates or installed any security software. I tried run CE from admin, I installed NET 5.0 Runtime, I tried veh and windows debuggers and nothing. Message Debugger attach timeout dont disappear after 5 hours. It worked 4 months ago but now i have no idea why CE 7.1 cant attach debugger to any game. I did not made any changes it just stoped attach debugger. I tried CE 7.1 on different pc with windows 7 and its not worked. Could you please help me fix this problem?

likely an anti virus or anti cheat

I just tried older version CE 6.7 and its worked it can attach debugger. I tried clean install CE 7.1 on 2 differnt pc with win7 and result is same CE 7.1 cant attach debugger. Regarding anti cheat i have no games installed that used anti cheat. Anti virus, but i made clean install CE 7.1 and debugger still not worked.
