CE injects a dll that handles exceptions and tells CE when an exception happened

If you want a general overview, look up SEH first, then VEH

For the details, look at CE's source on github. Particularly "Cheat Engine/VEHDebugger.pas" and "Cheat Engine/VEHDebug/"
