Hello guys,

So, I'm very new to cheat engine and have been trying to create a hack for Metroid Fusion for the past few days. Right now I'm trying to find the base pointer/static address for missile ammo. I was able to find a pointer that points to the ammo, however, when I check what accesses that pointer my game not only freezes but there are about 30 different opcodes that accesses it. I'm not sure what to do to find the base address.

Please let me know what I'm misunderstanding or doing wrong, and any help would be greatly appreciated!
