unins000.exe cannot uninstall CE on 32-bit systems.
PS: CE can't start anymore. I need to uninstall and reinstall it.

How did you install it in the first place?
anyhow, you can reinstall over it, no need to uninstall.

The CE7.2 I use is the green version (no installation required). I just downloaded CE 7.4 from the official website, but when I installed it, it said "Parameter error Class ID: {00021401-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}". After the installation was completed and running, the CE window flashed and then closed.
I uninstalled Sogou Input Method yesterday and manually cleared the registry (also deleted some other unrelated registries), which should have caused this. Now I just want to know the solution without reinstalling Windows
