This game I'm playing has items that each one corresponds to an ID if I know the ID of the item I can change it to an ID that costs less and I can buy it for a smaller price.
Is it possible to find those IDs with cheat engine?

IDs are a 4-5 digit int value (e.g. 9423,37252)

Find the item id associated with a particular slot by changing it repeatedly. Inventory or equipment should work. Once you know the item ID, you can search it and change it until a store item changes in its respective slot. Once you know where that memory location is you can traverse the structure to identify everything in the shop and change at your leisure.

While this may not work for your particular game, there are an infinite number of variations to try if you apply a bit of creativity. Something will stick!
