There is a way to gain access without ceserver and just opening emulators headless process.
Tested Mumuplayer android 9 and memuplayer android 7.1.2
Can't link the Imgur step by step but basically it is in Windows Security Exploit protection that you need to override system settings for the process and possibly CE too.
The ones to override and disable are "Force randomisation for images(Mandatory ASLR)" and "Randomize memory allocation (Bottom up ASLR)"

Edit: If anyone else could verify that they got it working too would be greatly appreciated!
