Is there a utility for cleaning up all the old Cheat Engines from a PC?

each installed version has an uninstaller . Use that (assuming your AV didn't delete the uninstaller which is apparently a common thing)

6.6, 6.7, and 6.8.1 don't seem to have uninstallers anymore. Should I just delete the folders?

Should be fine to delete them if you don't have the installers anymore. Just be sure to backup any scripts you may have put in your autoload folder, any plugins you want to keep etc.
