How do I cheat?

I downloaded cheat engine 6.5 and ceserver_arm64 and put the CeServer under /data/Ceserver.
I ran ceserver_arm64 as su and every process on bluestacks that I attach to gives me the error: "Failure determining what real_gettimeofday means"
My bluestacks is N64 so arm 64 I presume.
