How do I cheat?

hi my cheat engine just doesnt open, it doesnt show any messages it just doesnt open. Whenever i try opening it it just like doesnt do anything and acts like it wasnt opened.
I dont have badlion client so thats cant be it please help me fast thanks

Do you have malwarebytes AV, or another anti virus ?
Anyhow, open a command prompt and execute

driverquery /v > bla.txt
|
then upload the newly generated bla.txt to a place like pastebin and then post the link here. (Just the ID part should be fine)

yeah, you can't just delete it. it's worse than a virus
You need to uninstall it properly with the official uninstaller, and then restart windows (not shut down and back on, actual restart)
You may also want to check out https://github.com/cheat-engine/cheat-engine/issues/1371
