Cheat Engine

I am trying to hack this simple flash game called "Tiny Frontier Saga" - available under freewebarcade and made by chilly_durango. (This is my first post so I can't post URLs yet - it's easy to find.)

I had success with it before with Google Chrome under Windows 10, but lately, I haven't been able to do anything with it under any browser. I even contacted the original maker of the game (who made it for a contest) and he has no records or notes, describes himself as a "sloppy" coder, and can't get anywhere.

I was able to hack the money, which can get all the individual upgrades, but I've had no luck since and this is really frustrating since I thought I knew what I was doing and I've had success with Cheat Engine and flash games outside of this.

Any advice is appreciated. I just want to see what it's like to win the game.
