I download, open when it's done, then it deletes itself. I suspected my firewall so I disabled it temporarily both the Windows Defender one and the McAfee one and still the same result.

Somewhat of a branch; the reason I tried to redownload is because I was using 7.0 for DS3 but whenever I loaded the DS3 table nothing would come up anymore so I thought updating to 7.1 would fix but now I can't download either

Please help this makes making new DS3 builds much more of a hassle

As Csimbi mentioned, this is more than likely your anti-virus or Windows Defender auto-deleting it. Make sure to whitelist the download or the folder you are downloading it to before trying again.

In some cases it can also be built-in browser features for some browsers, you may need to disable your browsers auto anti-virus scanning feature(s) or add a whitelist as well.

I guess it's your anti-virus or Windows Defender auto-deleting it.

EDIT - LOL I've been using 6.2 for years!!!
