It's possible to create a joker command lua script (or with a similar working process)? I want to use a specific address like a trigger just like GameShark joker commands do.

On Playstation would be like this:

D0XXXXXX 0F00
80XXXXXX 0063

If address value is equal to 0F00 then 80XXXXXX 0063 is constantly active (value is injected repeatedly with a timer equivalent to 10ms.

brief: I want to use an address as a trigger and a timer that makes the process repeat after 10ms. The lua script should be active only when the trigger address is equal to #100.
