Cheat Engine

Hello! I am new to this forum as well as Ive run out of ideas of trying to solve this by myself. What I am trying to do, is simply figure out is the code line for the "bar" in a game. I already have loaded the save, run it first as unknown value, and get 700,000 results.

The problem i run into, is this save is from the ps4. Meaning I have to manually put it on a usb and then when i make a change to that "bar" I have to copy and save it to the Usb. I cant do a next scan as in order for me to update that file, i have to open it as a new one?
