im trying to open cheat engine. my cursor shows its loading for like 10 milliseconds and then stops and cheat engine never opens after that. i reinstalled and tried run as adminstrator.

run the badlion uninstaller and restart your system

I already did that but it doesn't work for me. I open it and it requests admin permissions, which i give it, and then it simply doesn't open

after uninstalling badlion using the official uninstaller (so not deleting random files) restart (not shut down and back on)
