How do I cheat?

For some reason can't start CE. Whenever I open it(tried with admin too) it gives no popup, just doesn't start, not even in the task manager. Plz help. No, I don't have a hidden rootkit.(Darkbyte I need u)

uninstall badlion (don't delete, actual uninstall) and reboot(not shutdown and back on, actual restart)

Well, technically, you can still have badlion, but then no CE.
So, it's a choice of either one.
