How do I cheat?

Hi, guys:

I just started learn Cheat Engine.
I try to chase some memory address in a MS private server by clicking "Find out what access this address" on a address.

And as soon as I did it, the game just closes automatically ...
I guess there is something preventing me from peeking memory.

Any general Idea how to by pass it?
