Cheat Engine

I used to use CheatEngine quite a lot, never had any problems.

Lately, when I try to install Cheat Engine, I always get an issue where it says the file doesn't exist for the executable.

I've double checked my antivirus isn't deleting it. You can see in the image below that the cheatengine.exe file is still there too.
I'm a bit lost on what to do because every version of cheat engine does this same error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well what do you know, that worked. Bit worrying considering I wouldn't have thought I have any malware. Perhaps I've dealt with it in the past and this is a side effect.
