cheat engine 6.6 different problems comes out help?

I was using 6.5 the latest update, there was no problem but after I started to use 6.6 again Page fault in nonpaged area error is comes out again and error code is dbk64.sys , Im using kernelmode rpm , vqe also windows and all of them is giving error when I enabled query memory region routines its happens.

my second problem is I am not able to delete dbk64.sys in I was using force delete command via cmd as admin but any command or software doesnt help some games detect dbk64.sys so I need to delete before start but only safe mod I am able to delete before there was a no problem like that can help me ?

my os is windows 10 64 bit build is 14393.693
