Cheat Engine

Hello, guys.

I have a quite simple program to hack.

When i press a button, it writes a specific value to some address (i know exactly which value).
When i press again, it then writes this value to another address. This address is quite floating. Sometimes i'm able to guess the next address and insert a Breakpoint and then debug/change this value right after it's written.

But i need somehow to automize this. So that Cheat Engine will automatically toggle a breakpoint after this value is written somewhere.

Is it event possible to implement this?
