My PC is mediocre level (i5 4570, 970 mini, 8gig) I usually like to make trainers on my own and take challanges
Scans on newer games (such as cracked WatchDogs2, etc) take a minute and a half atleast per scan which is pretty annoying. Are there any ways I can increase the speed?

Get an SSD(make CE use that), dramatic increase in scan speed.
You can also make the scan regions small if you know where your address might be located.
You can also lower the gfx settings to bare minimum to let your PC breathe, i used to do that when i had a potato too

Avoid unknown initial value scans, scanning for unchanged value after an unknown initial value scan and/or scans that start with exact value of 0. Obviously, unknown initial values scans are pretty unavoidable, so I recommend upgrading your system...or, at the very least, your hard drive to SSD, as already suggested.

If you plan on working on newer games, as you say, I would recommend going higher than 100GB.
