How do I cheat?

I got a problem while playing games hacked with cheat engine usually when I'm changing the damage taken from enemies in Terraria to a “Nothing doing code” the game window is losing focus randomly.
Is there any chance to fix it or it may be a problem of my PC?

When you're back inside the game, press alt+enter?

Run the game in windowed mode, if possible. There's usually an option in graphics settings of game.

Well I'm not sure what helped but after deleting some unused apps and Restoring option of windows the problem was gone look like it was fault of my PC.

Could be other apps were trying to take focus.
