But does Xtrap IP ban?

Depends what game and if u do get a Ip ban i dont think Xtrap caused that, Xtrap is just a hacking protection not a banning system.(thats what i think)

Correct.
Xtrap only notifies the Game staff that you did this and that, they then act on that.

MapleStory has an autoban system though, but that's just an automated response to Gameguard's findings.
