How does it work to allocate a specific amount of memory?
For example in the auto assemble I write:
Alloc(newmem, 10)

And it is not allocated 10 bytes of memory but a lot of bytes.

It allocates minimal number of pages per AutoAssembly script. But at least one...

Why do you care how much it allocates? It is free memory and anything free is always nice!

Read up on memory allocation and how it works if you're that interested.

it always allocates at least 4KB RAM and 64KB Virtual Memory
