it's not "bad", or the language it self that's being questioned, but making a reference to how usually bad/shitty programmers use php, usually someone making more serious stuff (waxxup saying hes having some success in his career) will not use php (exception would be facebook but it really it isn't the same php and it's used differently), the stereotype is that only kids, indians, and scum will develop using php

saying php is shitty doesn't mean it isn't viable, which is why every server has php
