How do I download cheatengine 6.5 with 64-bit?

When you install CE regularily, it already starts the 64bit version if you're running a 64bit windows system.

I installed it and it has it as cheat engine 6.5 (32-bit)

It comes with both. Look in the main CE directory.

ok i have it i guess. don't know why it isn't working for doodletoo anymore though.

Cheat Engine.exe - 32bit launcher, executes 32bit or 64bit CE
cheatengine-i386.exe - 32bit CE
cheatengine-x86_64.exe - 64bit CE

I did PID of tab of website instead of pepper plugin thats why doodle too wasn't working. do you open process of pepper plugin when cheating on all online websites?

If it's a flash game, then yes, you have to target the process used for dealing with flash.
