How do I cheat?

Hey,

So I'm having a problem and i hope someone can help me out.

I'm trying to play through Wolfenstein The New order again whilw using speedhack in order to do some slow-mo aiming.

But for some reason the speedhack isn't working.
It changes in Cheatengine, and i think it works in the menu, but as soon as im in the gameplay it just doesnt work.

Does anyone know what this might be caused by?
