How do I cheat?

I was playing pvp tonight and an enemy dropped an item. It turned out to be a glitched emote that i can't get rid of now, but when i downloaded cheat engine to try and delete it, every time i tried to delete the emote, it instead deleted a key item. So far it's broke my red sign soapstone so i can't get it out of storage, my way of white circlet and black separation crystal have been deleted. Help, please!

This is a game hacking site / forum, not a game support site / forum. You should report the problem to the game developers.
