unless you want to get into a good university for your bs then if you plan to get a masters at another good university you need good gpa in college to be accepted. plus why wouldnt you shoot for 100% in everything you do in life including school? of course you will fall short; no one is perfect. but if you strive for 100% in everything you do vs striving for 80% you will go much further in life.
