Cheat Engine

Is this possible? Everytime i try to do so usually ends up with the design of the trainer gets weird with stuff out of place etc.

I can update previous added options easily. But when i try to add new options/hotkeys to an existing trainer I'm having problems. How do you guys do it?

I always save my trainer designs to a .frm format and trainers to a .ct. I wanna be able to reuse that design and trainer but with new options.
