been saying this for years

but too much amphetamines or even low doses of 15-20mg daily for several years especially at your age where your brain is still developing will do permanent brain damage and make you retarded as fuck but youre already there so go right ahead.

the way i used amphetamines or meth was 20mg adderall xr or 20mg meth (yes i scaled it) 3 times a week to study 30 hours, 10 hrs a day. then 4 days off. do that for 2 months. then 2 months of 20mg focalin xr cuz thats when i noticed a tolerance to adderall which was unrelated to focalin tolerance with the exception of both releasing dopamine. then after about 2 months of that and noticing a tolerance i did a break of 2 months off all stimulants.
