As far as I know you're suppose to call the cops as soon as you see something like this happening and if not , get more proof and stay away from the culprit, don't approach. Which is wat this guy did.
Still, idk how the average male would react in a situation like this.

Its because he is smart. he says in the video that she pressed charges against him for something and he is obviously using this video as evidence to back his case.
He is holding back from doing anything so that the evidence is 100% her going ape shit crazy.
He is going to make her pay for everything.
