Directly from Cheat Engine wiki:
Quote: | Grouped scanning allows you to find a structure more quickly when you know it's layout. Individual values are in the format "type:value" separated by spaces. For example if you know that health is an integer and your current health is 75/100, and that the structure has the current value, an unknown 4 byte quantity, and then the max value, you can search for this: |
This means that with the grouped scan you don't usually scan for a single value, but instead you scan for multiple values in a known structure.

I don't know how that game stores health and if it's stored clean (without encryption).
You should try searching for the health value with the "All" Value Type at first, if you still don't find the health value, try searching something near the player structure or use some unknown initial scan and continue searching it with changed value until you find the good result.

Then use the unknown initial value method.
