hi .i am playing a certain game and i wanted to change the cash value . i found around 13 value that represent the cash (all float and one double) and whenever i change them the value in game keeps changing back ,even if i freeze it .. how can i change it and make it stay ?

Can't play the game anymore? Give up
You can still play? Then it's likely you only found a temporary value used for gui updates and not the actual value it's stored in memory. try finding the address using changed/unchanged scans. Perhaps money is encrypted, or it's stored as a negative value, or it's using the currency type (number of cents) or something else

the game does not require internet
i tried to do the sacn type as unknown and value type as all and then i played with that ( increased ,decreased ) and got 92 value ,the i spent 200 of the balance in game and set the scan to "decreased by 200" and found 17 values ,12 value were exactly the same as the balnace in game and 5 were some weird numbers .i tried editing all but nothing happend
yesterday when i tried editing the 12 values that show the exact balance in game and i froze them , in game i saw for a second the value i typed but then it changed back .and every 5 second it showed the value i typed and changed back ..

| You simply found the wrong address. As Dark Byte mentioned, your real value might be encrypted (e.g. XOR). Use "All datatypes" and only "Changed/Unchanged" filter methods to make out your real address. This will work for sure. |

i played with that and found around 100 addresses .. how can i filter them and find the one i need? |

| Select ~50 addresses and hit Space. Go back into the game and check if your value is frozen. If so, you know that your right address is in the selected addresses. If not, hit space again and delete them from the list. Repeat this until you found the right address. |

ok thank you hope it works

ok i tried that (froze about 50 adresses ) and then the game crashed
then i tried to freeze 2 adresses every time and i came up with 4 that did not freeze the balance in game but made it shake(like one number reverted to a diffrent one and then changed back) but still the game crashed ..is there onether way ? |

| Anytime you are batch-editing values, it is better to just change the values, slightly, as opposed to freezing the values. This helps with preventing so many crashes. |

Online games store the useful data on their servers and only show it to the user(client). The keyword being 'show', there is nothing else that you can do with that data if you are a client.
Why is this so hard to understand ?
